Version 3.3 brings many great features and changes, including our most-requested feature: Completed Schoolwork. Now, when you mark a Schoolwork as complete, it will move to Completed Schoolwork. From Completed Schoolwork, you can view the date you marked the schoolwork as complete, restore it back to Schoolwork, and view all of the details originally given to the schoolwork, such as notes and links.

Another feature of Version 3.3 is all-new sound effects for marking a Schoolwork entry as complete, restoring a completed one back to Schoolwork, deleting a Schoolwork or Schedule entry, and app notifications, such as reminders.

Another great feature of School Assistant Version 3.3 is that the Widgets now support your chosen accent color. This gives them a much more vivid and exciting look on your Home Screen or Desktop. This feature can also be enabled independently of the app theme color feature.

School Assistant is now compiled with the latest Xcode and SDKs, meaning they are now updated to work perfectly with iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS Sonoma, and watchOS 10.

School Assistant Version 3.3 also includes some other great enhancements bug fixes:

– In Schoolwork, the More Details view will no longer change Schoolworks after editing certain details of the Schoolwork

– You can now delete and mark Schoolwork as complete while searching

– On Mac, there is now a Refresh button in Schoolwork for easy, one-click updating

– In the Class selector, classes can now display multiple lines

– iPad and Mac have some new keyboard shortcuts, such as ⌘+ to add a new Schoolwork or Schedule entry and escape to dismiss a popup like More Details

Finally, as part of this update, School Assistant's website has been refreshed with new images and layout enhancements. Other aspects of sunapps.org have also been enhanced. As part of School Assistant's new website, we previewed our plans to bring School Assistant to the revolutionary Apple Vision Pro and visionOS.* We plan to support Apple Vision Pro by early 2024.
